Philippa Eilhart (owl form) rapes my GPU

I have played the witcher 2 on ultra setting with uber sampling +1 with no fps drop. now during act 2 i gett massive fps drop when im escorted through the mist with the owl. anyone else having this problem or is that part just very gpu consuming?

I'd just try turning off the ubersampling for that part. There's probably a lot going on graphically, with all ghosts, the layered visual fx etc., and ubersampling basically means all of that has to be rendered multiple times for each frame.
