I cant call panam at all im stuck on this main quest and cant move forward plz help.
Surprisingly found a fix to this! Waited 24 hours after previous save which was enough time to kick off the next part of "Queen of the Highway" quest. I started that and in the middle of a conversation with Panam, Judy called. I had a dialogue option up during the call and spammed F to talk to Panam as soon as the call w/ Judy ended. I was able to get the dialogue option selected before Judy's call came back up and it prevented the bug from happening.I've had issues with Judy being stuck on a phone call during the "Talkin' 'bout a Revolution" quest. I've saved just before the call and have tried many things:
Nothing seems to be working. Someone on Reddit suggested doing the "Flying Drugs" Gig but I've already completed that Gig. Once the phone bug happens, I can no longer progress in any quest due to all dialogue options frozen due to the phone. Has anyone successfully moved past this bug?
- Different dialog options,
- Changing weapons,
- Waiting a few hours,
- Being on/off my motorcycle,
- Attempting to finish the quest after getting it,
- Attempting to complete a Gig while phone UI is stuck,
- Declining the quest,
- Reloading to a previous save, both just before the incident and ~1 hour before the incident, and
- Verified the integrity of the Steam files.
I have a similar bug. After the Delamain quest , my phone stuck with glitchy buggy effects. Whoever calls , they all have that effect. Sometimes I see delamain background too.So I also have a problem with Panam, does this happened to you guys too? these 3 days all calls I´ve seen Panam in other people's calls are stupid and idiotic. also, I cannot EVEN see the side mission queen of the highway where you get the sex part with her and also the little help with my friends, anyone knows fix? if not, CD Pred I already sent the request. I can´t even get the call from Takemura for the final mission, stupid production.

Same stuff here my dude, Delamain is gone apparently but the weird splitting part is still there, the bug is kind of too hard to ignoreI have a similar bug. Yep and still same. Probably gonna be solved with january or february patches. They are still working on more quest bugs.Same stuff here my dude, Delamain is gone apparently but the weird splitting part is still there, the bug is kind of too hard to ignore
The weird effect is a phone effect put on Badland's Delamain in Epistrophy. But when the mission is complete, the effect stay on every communication.Same stuff here my dude, Delamain is gone apparently but the weird splitting part is still there, the bug is kind of too hard to ignore
I'm not sure If this will help but.As soon as Judy calls me for the "Talkin' 'bout a revolution" quest, the call never ends. I managed to load an older save and sneak another mission in, but I was already on the step where she is going to call me at some point, softlocking me as soon as she does. Call ends after last convo, but then her picture and name pops up again.
Tried going to the apartment to get ride of it, but can't select any dialogue options while the "call is open" either.
