I noticed this when staging a photo shoot. If you turn off chromatic aberration under graphic setting it REMOVES it from the photo mode menu. Clip of bug?
Not sure but I think it's the same for vignette effect. If you disable it in the game settings which is now possible, it also disable it in photo mode.
Very likely related and not intended (game settings shouldn't affect photo mode settings), so a bug which should be reported
