Photo Mode NPC Wishlist

Update 2.3 has arrived and delivered a nice new selection of more characters, featuring Fixers, from Phantom Liberty and Misty. We also got a fun bundle of random picks like Ozob Bozo, Rita Wheeler and Dum Dum. Wouldn't you like more friends, foes & random strangers to pose with V?

This is where the thread comes in and to kick it off, here's my first selection:

• Mama Welles - We have Jackie and now Misty, Mama Welles would make for a fun family photo.
• Kirk Sawyer - We already have Lana Prince, I could see another path locked character making it in.
• Cesar & Micaela Ruiz - I loved this couple in their Beat on the Brat side quest and having Cesar without his pregnant wife just feels incomplete.
• "Beat on the Brat" Champions - Speaking of Cesar, the other fighters would be nice like Razor Hugh and Rhino.

Something bumped into my mind the other day, I noticed Meredith Stout's "romance" outfit is absent. I thought something was off when flipping through the NPC outfits, but it could have been left out of Photo Mode for a reason.
