Pixelated light blending

Playing Cyberpunk 2077 on Steam can be a frustrating experience at times. Light passing through smoke/fog starts to pixelate, creating huge squares (screenshots attached). I've tried everything from reinstalling drivers to reinstalling game and the entire system (Windows 11). Please help me fix this issue - it really ruins the gameplay experience. Thanks in advance.

My specs:
RTX 5060 ti
16 GB RAM (DDR4)
i5 12400f
I play on ultra settings

If mods are installed, it can be a good idea to check these mods. Maybe one or more of them do not work well with the latest version of Cyberpunk. If it’s a modded playthrough you can also do a clean installation as described here:

Other than that you could try installing a different gpu driver version as some graphics drivers can mess up games quite a bit….
