Depending on what your current hardware is, why wouldn't you just update your video card when the new ones come out next year and get the game on PC. I would think both console versions would be inferior to the PC release. It is also likely the new version of Redkit will be released closer to the release of the Witcher 3, providing many hours, days, months, and years of enjoyment to the PC modding community.
