So i guess i messed up with this quest..i passed by a couple of times and the npcs were there only i was underleveled and lo and behold when i leveled up and returned
the exclamation mark is no longer there and all i see is a lady sweeping the steps where the quest npcs used to be.
Was hoping anyone could tell me not only the quest id but how could i trigger the quest via console commands...any help will be much appreciated...

I need a bit of help regarding one specific treasure hunt mission, called "Applied escapology".
Thing is, I explored the Elven Ruins before getting this quest (it was really a long time ago, maybe more than 50h IRL, so there is absolutely no chance that I could reload a save before exploring the ruins), and now after I triggered the "Applied escapology" quest, I get the key and unlock the chest, the quest remains hanging, without ever completing.
Is there any way to fix this? Or does anyone know the debug console command to complete the quest? I really hate it to see the quest be forever stuck in my backlog.

anyone know the Quest id for a dark legacy and the commanded to complete it, it bugged out for me so iv the chest unlocked but not the quest complete
I wouldn't do that -- better to restore a previously saved game or use console commands to try to force the next flag in the quest to trigger. Throwing existing flags again can really mess up a save state.
I have a bug with the quest gwent old friends, I cannot finish the quest, because when I take Thaler's card (Thaler and company are dead after the "Deadly Conspiracy" quest) the quest is not completed, this was not the case with Lambert's and Roche's cards.
Who knows how to complete this task via addfact?

I was searching trough the internet but found nothing, basicly I want to change outcome of the quest "Now or Never" when you have to deside if you help the alchymist guy and mage girl or leave them behind and go straight to kingfisher inn so Olivier doesnt die.. I want to Olivier to be alive so I have him as a trader instead of helping those two, can someone tell me the facts I should remove and add? If you have spare time, thanks!

I completed Bitter Harvest (mq1005) with Albin surviving, but Fake Papers (mq1023) still says to "See what the counterfeit pass seller's brother-in-law needs." The brother-in-law is long gone since the quest was completed. All I need to do is mark that objective completed so it change's to "Return for the discounted pass". From watching a video on youtube, the Fake Papers objective was supposed to change once Bitter Harvest was completed by getting the reward from Albin. I've tried adding and removing several fact ID combinations, but none seemed to work.
This is how the objective appears in the w3journal.txt:

Hello, I know that this thread is a bit old,but I could use some help. I have supposedly already finished the side quest named "Hard Times". I completely followed the steps, found the letter, meditated and delivered the letter to the Blacksmith at Kaer Trolde but something has completely bugged out and sends me to investigate the cart again, even though I have already done that and finished it. So I could use your help it if anybody knows the line to console command this quest as finished. Again thank you for your time. If you got any response, tag me to your answer.
Hey. Need help. After first confrontation with junior in his safe house, after I've done talking with him/or kill him, need to exit the Front gate - then, The cutscene triggers and the quest from the Radovid will appear. Unfortunately I used fast travel from anywhere before I've exit the main gate. Later I found on the web what I need to type to add this entry/task to the log via console command. It worked, the task was done. Then in the conversation with Dijkstrą when he said to me to came to the warehouse, but the task did not attach, I have no log entry. Please help. Can I triggers the quest somehow?
