Yes. It's not a replacer. It's a full model, behavior, and animation changing. Body change (except head) - just replacing of armour (you can do it without Redkit). I'll try to write a tutorial, but it's a bit difficult. You need a lot of actions in redkit to do this

You just need to change player.w2ent and witcher.w2ent files after unpacking dzip(game folder\CookedPC\characters\templates\witcher). After this you will be able to play as another character. (It's only for male character, for female characters you also need change behaviour files)
Also you need to change body (except head) of hero, to do this you need to delete folder \CookedPC\items\geralt in your game folder after unpacking dzip. And then you need to delete dzip file.
For example changing to letho:

Yeah. First of all you are changing redkit files, and then cooking them for original game, because redkit files in data folder are different from game files.
You can simply change redkit world and play from it.
I changed game files because i wanted to play in the original game (with dlc, full movies, etc)

I can't create a tutorial because the http://wiki.cdprojektred.com/ not working properly for me.
Perhaps some problems on cdprojektred servers.
