So this has just killed my game for me.
during the playing it safe mission when I unjacked the rigger suddenly I couldn’t heal, trying to use my inventory to heal just brought up action blocked and basically made the fight impossible.
So I reloaded another save... and the same bug continued. I have checked ALL of my saves and the same damn bug is now on all of them.
I know there is a fix using throwing a grenade suggested but that doesn’t work for me, anyone have any idea how to fix this because its basically just junked my game.
