"Play It Safe" No Takemura call POST Patch

So for the past week I've been waiting for a call from Takemura to initiate the "Play It Safe Quest". Waited for the new patch which did absolutely 0. This is getting ridiculous.

I've tried all the gimmicky in game fixes (did nothing). Any suggestions?

It was in the patch notes that they fixed this quest. They did not. He still won't call to start the mission.

Even Beta games by indie developers don't have this amouint of game breaking bugs. Actually dumb!

Didn't help me either, got a ticket saying to wait at the sunset motel 4 hours in game or try calling him but nothing worked

yeah thinking of quiting the game until the new patch that really fix it will come, im already level 40 just roaming around town waiting for takamura to call, already done the 24hr skip time to sunset motel still no takemura call, hope the dev really create a patch that will surely fix those bugs,
