That is why, thanks to REDs every single sex-scene is optional. And the question wan't about sex-scenes in the game. The question was about playboy renders. Also an optional magazine especially if this case that was made only for Polish Playboy.

Everybody is suppose to have common sence otherwise the person has some issues. If that person expects a puritan fairytale in a dark -fantasy medieval game, then clearly there is something else to worry then tits in the game.
