Playing through Story

Should i set out to complete the main campaign before i start Hearts of stone and blood and Wine?

currently i am level 32/33 and i am the right level to begin so of the expansion quests but i don't want to mess anything up story wise

As you want, stories are not related at all in both expansions
(maybe at least, finish the Kaer Morhen battle in the main quest line to start Heart Of Stone)
