With the game being removed from psn store does that mean I will have trouble transferring it from ps4 to ps5 when get the 5 probably the end of the month or next month.

Don't think so. If it's on your system it should be on your download list right?

they removed it from sale, those that own it and uninstalled it can still reinstall it, I'm sure that includes ps4>ps5 upgrades too, you simply can no longer purchase it, thats all.

it'll still exist in physical form as PS4
Although you may want to wait for the native PS5 version
