As I know Sony doesnt return money if you already download product and start playing. As exeption was Anthem, with their epic fail, than Sony returned money.
I also want refund, and better spend this money for other AAA game, because it can took mounthes till Cyberpunk became normal running on PS4.

Sony are complete assholes when it comes to refunds.
I had to make a YouTube video showcasing the basically broken audio in the ps4 version of Duke Nukem 3D World Tour and compare it to the PC version and the original DOS version for them to understand. Took way too much work and energy on my part for them to accept it.
If you're on base ps4 I feel sorry for all of you with that version. It's unacceptable with it's sub 20 and average 16fps during firefights.
If you're on ps5 or series x you get ps4 pro or one x visuals at 60fps until the actual next-gen versions arrive at least. Good way to play it, but until the actual next-gen versions arrive I recommend the pc version hands down IF you have a current high-end pc.

That sounds like a hardware fault, not a software fault. Possibly a failing hard drive. Is the blue screen accompanied by anything else? Orange light on the console? Does the system do a memory check on reboot? How old is your system?

What do you expect from this thread? CDPR are not in a postion to refund your purchase unless it was bought directly from them. Sony take a commision on store purchases, so the amount of money actually going to CDPR is less than what you paid. Post on sony forums, you might have more luck.
In the same boat. Asked for a refund. Hell, even got someone on chat and explained the situation. They were incredibly nice and understanding, but they said their hands were tied since I had already downloaded the game... which you have to do in order to know how it performs. We even shared a laugh about how dumb that was... one of their support employees literally laughed at how dumb their policies are... damn, Sony. Fix yo self.
It's a known issue with the game on base ps4. It's purely a software issue. Digital Foundry even showed it happening several times in a row at the same place in the game.
Well no one twisted your arm to buy the game. It's buyer beware, so you thought you would like it and you bought it. As for me I am enjoying it and even if I didn't I wouldn't request refund. Everyone wants a refund these days.

First reach out to support an document their response. Let them know that their updated refund policy states that they have the caveat that "if a game is faulty:

Next if they still refuse you must then contact your States Attorney General's office and file a consumer complaint against Playstation.
You should let them know all the errors you're having an link them playstations refund policy an how it mentions faulty games.
From their you play the waiting game an hope your Attorney General's Office fights for you as mine did.
I cannot guarantee that you will be successful however this is your only option in the United States without risking your account being banned.
I suggest you use professionalism an respect both with Playstation support and in all communication you have with anyone throughout this process.

I wasnt able to return the disc version on friday too, this is fraud and scam , i sold it on local market for 30 euro , didnt want that broken nightmare in my house.
I'm not sure how things are where u live, but in here u can't make money on empty promises. So if things are not as advertised, it's on the seller and the buyer is entitled to a full refund.
I'm really sorry to hear to that. Over all this whole situation will go down as one of the biggest robberies in gaming history.

Yeah, if you want any indication that the launch of this game is significantly different from The Witcher 3's look at Sony's current response at allowing people to refund the game, something they pretty much never allow anyone to do.
My friend got his refund from PS store UK OK
I told him he wouldn't get it because he has put in like over 30hrs and rushed to finish campaign on story mode because he likes story telling/narrative above action.
But I was wrong they didn't mind refunding him still WTF!
TBH I think it is wrong of him to do that. It is no different from pirating it.
I want to keep the game as still playing it and hoping patches will bring out the best in it. Take away crashes then I am happy I can actually play the game without crash fear.
