Please add another waypoint for Crow's Perch (or move existing)

Crow's Perch has the top armorer so i visit it a lot to craft things and it's just exhausting to run across the bridge, through the village and up the hill again and again. Takes a lot of time without good cause imo. So please consider adding another waypoint somewhere around here:

Near the board and the armorer.

What da fuq did just read ... Oo
It's exhausting to press a button whilst sitting down playing a game because a way-point is a bit further away than YOU want. Are you mental, just ride Roach up ...
Why the hell am I even responding to this ...

No need to be rude, this is a suggestions forum, right? I'm not yelling "oh stupid cdpr why the f did you place it there, idiots". I'm just suggesting a small feature for more comfort, relax.
It would've been okay just to sit and press A to ride Roach all the way up if it wasn't getting stuck in every turn/prop/npc on this route.
So basically yes, i dunno why the hell are you even responding to this.

They should just make it so that you can summon the smith to where you are at any time and remove all hassle from the game.

I think this is actually a decent suggestion. It's the only "important" spot on the entire map that doesn't have a quick-travel post near to it.

Before people ridicule the OP for being lazy or whatever, keep in mind the entire game is structured to allow for easy travel to a spot you want to get to. So unless everyone who criticizes the OP never, ever uses the fast travel markers and actually travels across the map physically, you have no room to talk.

Well I agree with the OP, I didn't want to use fast travel at all, but the world is difficult, or just plain awkward to navigate. especially on roach.

Did you even play Witcher 1? No waypoints, no damn horse and the running was slow! Witcher 3 is easy mode in my opinion as far as traveling is concerned! Waypoints in almost every direction. I would appreciate it if people would stop asking to make this game easier and easier, so many things were dumbed down in W3, fast travel is just another. Makes no sense to go to a sign and magically reappear at another.. Or restocking formulae with alcohol lol.. If anything, I'd rather them remove waypoints and do it oldschool! But they need to address alchemy for this to be viable as there is no reason to walk miles in the wilderness unless your collecting goods on your way to your destination. But yea back to your complaint. I for one would like them to focus on other things, more waypoints is not even on my radar unless its to remove some or all! haha

How the hell does another waypoint make the game "easier" ? It's irrelevant to game difficulty, it's about convenience. Walking around Crow's Perch every time you need to see Yoanna has nothing difficult about it, it's just a bother. Especially hearing that stupid henchman and his line about "Got their arses whipped like a Novigrad whore" that he says litrally every time you get in the area.
Agreed about alchemy though, I miss how it was in Witcher 1, even if it was quite overpowered. (though not more than some of the decoctions we get in TW3, after all)

I think its debatable what makes something more easy or more convenient. Is digging a hole with a shovel more convenient than using a pitchfork or is it easier to dig with? Anyways, sorry for the poor choice in metaphor lol In my opinion though, it makes it easier which therefore directly correlates to being more convenient, making convenience and ease of difficulty nearly identical if one was to ask me. Off topic, I am very happy you feel the same about the formulae/alchemy in Witcher 3! Though a topic for another thread haha! Still feels good to know others relate to my only gripe with the otherwise perfect rpg that is W3! Take care! (U..U )_//

EDIT: Wanted to add that hearing the NPC's say the same thing every time when your forced to go to them repeatedly is nothing new to the series lol It can get annoying, I am not disputing that but its not out of place from previous installments by any means. haha!

Well some things are both easier and more convenient, like the markers on the map and the quest indications as they guide you during your questing and "streamline" the experience. The "Witcher Senses' also fall in both categories imo, although they at least have an in-world justification. But just making the basic "travel to your armorer for a new piece of armor" bit quicker is just convenience imo.

Also, repeated sentences have been part of the game since 2007 it's true, but most of the times they have a few different lines on shuffle. This one almost always says the same thing, from the time you beat the three thugs to the end of the game. Thus I find him more obnoxious than the others. It's not "prevents the enjoyment of the game"-level, but I wouldn't be sad if I didn't have to hear him again.

They are fine as they are in my opinion and removing them is not an issue for me or a complaint I have. Its my choice whether I want to use them or not, so its up to me to play the game to my liking. The issue I have is, I don't want to use them but because the alchemy/formulae system removes gathering ingredients once you created your formulae, traveling in the wilderness at this time is rather pointless seeing too as monsters don't give much xp. (though this is common in previous games and makes sense)

They made a point to place way points in a way that sets the mood. I'm pretty damn sure they placed the one at Crow's perch to make it feel like you are arriving at crows perch. Also, there are events and things they don't want you to miss between the entrance and the blacksmith.

I agree regarding the first visit, but I also agree with the OP that it would be useful to have a waypoint inside too. The obvious solution would be for it to be not marked until you've made the trip that first time (like the second marker at Kaer Trolde).

You make that trip a LOT of times in the game.
