At first the skill sounds really nice to have a silence range attack in the stealth tree that does not rely on reflexes
BUT
Then you learn that you need an actualy equiped knife for it to work.. wich still would be acceptble if the knife when then be relootable nearby and not completly GONE!!!!
So i purchased the only knife i got in the beginning for 400 eddies, wich where almost a quarter of my entire wealth in the beginning of the game.. to then do a first throw against some hostile npc and of course missed him by miles and then that knife was nowhere to find.. literally flushed down 400 eddies down the sink.
I suggest that the equiped knife is never really thrown out the hand but has a cooldown perhaps or that respawns in the inventory after the fight nearby ended.. or you add knife stacks of 10 or 100 to the merchants for 100 eddies the stack or something. But like this, it can not stay really.
