Please, CDPR! I desperately need to know who did this [Spoilers]

A lot of people hate the loading cutscenes but I love them, I think the animation is great! For those who do not know what i'm talking about, take a look at this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0RJ8FauApBY
The artwork, the camera movement, the 2.5D space, I love them!

I want to know who did these or at least a glimpse of the process of making those. I scoured the internet but I came empty handed.

The ones for TW3 were made by a company called "Division48". The ones for TW2 were drawn by Jakub Rebelka.
