Please do something about NPCs and their spawn/load time
Seriously I've noticed this a lot lately, enter a random village, seems quite empty. Yet when I get closer, NPCs are suddenly spawning and popping up out of nowhere, wtf is this? I'm like 2 feet away from them and suddenly like 2 Nilfgaardian Guards randomly pop up in my face even though I've been in the village for a couple of seconds. I've got this game installed on an SSD for crying out loud. Why aren't they being pre-loaded before I enter the village and at least before Geralt fucking stands next to them... this is terrible.
Also, running the game on ultra with everything maxed out, this should not be happening.
