Please fix Axii Puppet not working properly

It just doesnt work..yes I have it maxed out..yes I have it in a slot with a 10% mutagen gain...and NO i still cannot for the life of me get it to work as intended. They do not become allies like stated...they do no damage like stated...and its more likely to do the axii stun effect then the puppet do to broken mechanics...how is this not tested/working by now? I see in some other threads people suggest alternating game files which I will not do because this isnt on the gamer to make things work like its suppose to. Please address this and you might go about testing other non working alternate signs so people dont go about dumping points into something useless that doesnt work as intended...thanks.

Not sure if you already knew this, but you have to "HOLD" the button for it to work, otherwise it would just stun the enemy. I think there was a one-time pop-up when you unlocked it that you might have missed.

Only holding it for 1 second also work. The problem for me is that the controlled enemies act like retards and are so useless.

no i know this, dont think i dont try and research my problems and go through tutorials before resorting to reporting problems I have...I use a controller to play so maybe thats half the problem...not sure...guess i'll try my keyboard later and see if it works as advertised. Either way something needs adjusted...when I hold it down it just stuns them like im just pressing it...so either its a bug with the secondary sign itself or its a bug with the controller... I've seen others report the same issue so I know im not alone on this.
