Please help!!! I cannot get past the Gwent tutorial!

I tried skipping the tutorial but it appears I am forced to do it, but now it keeps looping after the 5th battle or so. Quite frustrating. I was so excited to play the game and ended up just writing posts in your multiple help communities trying to find a resolution. I still love you guys.

BTW, I posted the same plea for help on what I thought was a GWENT specific community? But folks replied back wondering game I was playing? Very odd and confusing experience...I'm going to check your job boards and see if you are hiring people...I would love to be your community manager...

Which battle exactly? And what do you mean with looping? A screenshot would help; a video is even better to figure out the problem. On a general note, you can try to reinstall the game and manually remove the following folders (back up your Thronebreaker save games before that!):

1. "C:\Users\<Your username>\AppData\Local\Temp\CDProjektRED"
2. "C:\Users\<Your username>\AppData\LocalLow\CDProjektRED"
