Please help, i'm totally confused. Does the missing Roche bug lead to other bugs?

1. "An eye for an eye" quest - Roche is missing at rendezvous.

2. conspiracy against Radovid quest - Roche shows up at Dijkstra's place but still can't start "An eye for an eye". "Brothers in arms" quest marker points right at him but he tells me i need to help him with Ves first.

3. Made that one quest for Dijkstra (with Thaler and trolls). Roche is still not at "An eye for an eye" marker (i was able to see a glimpse of him while approaching the tree but the next moment he was gone). I don't know if the conspiracy quest has any continuation - i haven't received any further quests - bug again?

4. "Brothers in arms" quest becomes completed after i visit everyone except Roche. So the quest just.. skips him or what?

Is anything of what i described working like it should? Will i get further quests about conspiracy? Will something go wrong during the Kaer Morhen battle because Roche is missing?
Please help me get this clear.

Clearly Roche is broke I have a problem with him not going to the quest start on " get junior"

Have a similar problem. Brothers in arms skipped Roche as soon as all others are asked. I did "An Eye for an Eye" after "Brothers in Arms" ended early, but no Roche at Kaer Morhen...

there is an instance where you get the option to help Ves complete her personal quest before you team up with Roche. if you haven't done this yet then there is no bug, you just haven't completed this line in the story.
there are many circumstances like this through the game where things being done out of order or conversations going the wrong way leave options out of later missions.

if this is what is happening then it isn't the game's fault, it's the player's fault for not following close enough. if i'm misunderstanding you and something else is going on then it could lead to serious quest breaking results later because Roche is involved in a bit of the later story. nothing that should keep you from finishing but would probably ruin a few side quests at least.

but Roche doesn't play any significant part in Kaer Morhen so i wouldn't be worried about that.
