Please help with Ursine-Bear armor and swords - where do I find their diagrams?

So im having this problem, I can't find a merchant / place for Bear armor/weapons diagrams. I love the looks and stats of them but right now I only have quests for Cat/Griffin sets. Anyone can help me out a bit?

I found some of the items while exploring (without having the quests to find them), but when I reached Skellige Islands, I found quests for Ursine equipment
