This is the state of the police car chase after patch 1.22 in the Kerry sidequest, I wanted to post this before any big patches come with updates towards the wanted system for this quest and outside of it.

Yeah well that happens sometimes but since one of the patches they follow you a lot longer from what I have seen, I did this encounter 8 times after recording the video to test it
Huh, I didn't know they were that persistent. I just drive full throttle towards the Badlands the chase is over after 10 seconds.

For me, it's U turn immediately, straight ahead at the large intersection and then right into the tunnel. They lose me here and this is exactly the right direction for coffee
