I've been impressed to see these features working in Cyberpunk 2077. It looks damn good. Having this type of combat in a vehicle is an extra that at least makes me enjoy the game more. It can be police or it can be one of the clans of the city.
CDPR has largely developed it and modders are being able to finish it.
Another job they had to put aside but after 2 years it would be great to have it in the game.
