the cops appear out of nowhere and almost instantly, with the force of an army, just because i ACCIDENTALLY shot some civilian
it's only happened twice, but both times, the cops have come down on me so quick, and with a whole army. its a bit ridiculous. there isn't even time to hide or run away.
and we're talking about a police force that, game lore wise, is negligent and letting the city going to hell. and they send a swat team and drones INSTANTLY the second i accidentally shoot one civilian? i didn't even intend it, either time, but the civilians are often hanging out with or very nearby to gangsters.
