As a PS5 Pro player myself, since 2.3 I've been playing mainly on ray tracing mode, given the VRR support.
I've seen a lot of technical breakdowns to what differences both modes offer and while both modes do look nice with VRR, I still can't say for sure which mode provides a better visual effect.
Ray tracing gives a deeper more dimensional look at 40 fps, but I have the feeling that performance mode sometimes gives a sharper image effect, perhaps because of the high framerate which is easier for the eyes.
Therefore I'd like to know on which mode you guys are playing on ps5 pro with vrr enabled, and what your thoughts are.
