(Poll) What's your contructive opinion on Ciri's design?

And this whole problem brings two new questions:

1.) Does Ciri have a Cintrian accent ?
2.) What the heck does a Cintrian accent sound like ?

Interesting problem indeed but I have to shot your horse here.
She probably has no 'characteristic' accent whatsoever. Why? Becasue she was born and brought up among the nobility, She was,I would imagine. taught how to speak a proper version of common tongue.

Aside from her enchanting eyes, I never got the impression that what these characters fell in love with was her looks, but rather her character and personality.

Actually she has a really strong personality that gives a bad impression at fist and actually ugly hers. Geralt though she was a snotty brat but when she was cleaned up the leader of the dryads he noticed that she can be quite cute. Yen was the same her attitude is what uglied her. Way i see it is more her mood and if she is frowning or smiling that can make her less or more attractive.

But she is not unattractive, listing the characters that found her attractive: (and i know im going to sound like a pervert ><)

there was Jarre. his attraction to her was hormonal. She must have had some physical attraction. She also didnt treat him all that well, he was teasing him and ordering him around all the time.

Gors velen: there was a guy who groped her. he knew nothing of her personality, only thing he knew was her ass was gropable.

The rats. both mistle and kayneth or whatever her was called. barely knew her, only that she kicked ass and was antisocial. Both were all over her real fast.

Cahir: feel in love in dreams they where very sensual of an adult ciri sleeping with her etc.

Guy that was contact of the rats and accompanied her: it was completely physical. Ciri only gave him the cold shoulder most of the trek

Bonhart: Yeah he did say something a kin that she is too skinny for him. But A) was mostly just messing with her
b) Skinny doesn't mean flat. He still grew really obsessed with her.

Douchess in the arena: Said she had ugly face but lusted after her body. Again Ciri was frowning and all messed up because of the abuses by bonhart.

Visigota: he got her naked to dress her wound, noted in a very defensive, scientific terms that she was indeed attractive.

Auberon: he was impotent racist elf. doesnt count

P.S. Alot of the mentions that she ugly comes out more out of Ciri insecurities more than anything else. The best that can be described is that she is a type of wild natural beauty. she feels at times that she is ugly because she has to compete with fake superficial sorceress.

Also I always thought Ciri was quite beautiful. I mean she has the blood of Lara Dorren. And Calanthe is her grandmother o.o

I like the Ciri from the trailers, I mean she has grown up since the books and it show.
My only critique, which is the same as most people in this thread, is the hair color. Put some blond streak of hair on her head and instead of white a bit more gray and then mix those two tegether. And I don't really like the hairstyle. For any other character it's fine, I like the style but not for Ciri. Ciri needs to have hair in front of her left side of her face, to hide the scar.

Thank you! YES that is exactly What my issue with her hair is although was afraid to say.
I really, REALLY want her to have that hairstyle. the hair to side covering the scar. Why? because it speaks volumes about her personality and her insecurities ,just with that design choice.

Here's a point of criticism people have made about Ciri's design, throughout various topics - thought I'd put it here:

"Ciri's eyes should be greener/bigger/feel more like a unique character detail."

I kind of agree on that point.

Vysogota noticed again that the uncommonly big green eyes gave her face an almost innocent childlike expression which was quite heavily conflicted by the uglily deformed face.Vysogota knew this kind of beauty - the big-eyed everlasting child whose physiognomy instinctly evokes sympathy. An everlasting girl, even if her 20th or 30th birthday has already passed into oblivion a long time ago.

I don't see that everlasting girl with the big green eyes in the trailer but i can live with what CDPR came up with.

If CDPR makes her eyes too big that might be a problem. People might call her names like frog.
If they make her eyes a bit more.. sparkly? more distinct that would be great. Even a little bit bigger I don't know.
Her lips are very red though. Why are they so red? It feels kind of strange.
Of course, we are talking about extreme efforts of picking nits at the moment.
I love CDPR version, and I wouldn't really mind if they do not change anything.
