Pomp And Strange Circumstances Bug

After I finally locate Regis the game just freezes and shows a loading screen but nothing happens outside of me dying.

I have updated all my drivers and I have even tried both DirectX 11 & 12, All files have been verified through steam.


This is my first time in the many hours I have put into the game that this has happened to me.

Trying a different gpu driver can also sometimes improve stability.

however, if mods are installed then this could be the cause. In that case a clean installation might be necessary :
