I purchased the game on launch day for PS4 along with the expansion pass. Since I got the Xbox One X, I figured I'd pick up the complete edition on that since it's now 4K and HDR supported. I figure the answer is almost certainly no, but... is there a way to transfer my PS4 save to XB1, or at least mod my save on XB1 to help speed up the game closer to where my character was? I played through Hearts of Stone, but never got around to Blood and Wine. I could just start with Blood and Wine, but... It'd be nice if I could use my old char/stats instead of the pre-fab one. I mean... it's nice playing through again and all, but... I'm just not sure if I have another 140 hours more I want to put into this game.
