Possibility to switch of the talk icon over NPCs heads

Hi moderatos,

Please i know it might be a useless point which i want to make, but please can you make a thread about making a new HUD option for future update on witcher III nintendo switch edition?

I mean the possibility to switch of the talk icon over NPCs heads, specially in handheld mode it could be bothering and for me it bring down immersion. If you could switch off in Hud option it would be amazing. On PC there is a mod for that but on switch inst.

@clusman Thread created, but I wouldn't get my hopes up if I were you. Since, like you said, such an option currently only exists via mods and therefore on PC only.
