There's an old lady in the auction house mission, that collects witcher gear. She sells a diagram called "Viper Armor" that looks exactly the same as kaer morhen armor, level 39 and has better armor than a mastercrafter ursine breastplate.

Posting this because i know many people, me included have longed for the Kaer Morhen armor with decent stats.

Thank you, this is a great news. Before i use the mod to change Wolf armor to Kaer Morhen armor, but after patch 1.10, the mod is broken

No, no thank you... if they did a new look for the Viper armor the likelyhood that the new armor set is somewhat hideous would be fairly high. One of my very few beefs with TW3 is armor looks. I'm very content with the Kaer Morhen lookalike thank you very much.

Armor Kaer Morhen necessarily have to be a separate set or at least to the level of pumped Geralt.
I hope, developers fix it in future.

The blades you will find following the main questline. Althougn the silver one will only be obtained if you accept a challenge. And find it

In my opinion the new viper set is optical very very very beautiful. It's my absolut favorite! But it would be better to name it Kaer Morhen armor after the basic set you startet with. And the name of the swords (viper venomous silver sword) is a little bit too long in my opinion. ;-)
