Possible to transfer saves from XBox 360 to PC?

Is it possible to transfer saves from the XBox 360 version to the PC version? I know that it is possible with Oblivion/Skyrim/Fallout since the XBox uses the same file format for saves on PC as on the Console, but the Witcher 2 doesn't appear to, at least at first examination. Is there a known way to do this, or am I just out of luck?
