Post-MQ gameplay?

since we get the roadmap for this year about parches and DLC, could one of DLC be about “unlocking” post-MQ gameplay, not “go before Point of No Return” one?

I know that the problem is with Johnny character and this could be easily done by

this can be done by simply deactivating him in any quests he would normally appear along with turning off any of his quests that we didn’t finished before the end of MQ

Currently playing Act 2 with biochip is rather a cho and also immersion breaking if we just want to explore the city.

i know that some endings maybe obviously incompatible but that’s pretty obvious and there are that can be played “normally” like Hanako with fo back on earth or Don’t fear the reaper before space heist mission.
