potential BUG for "Following The Thread" Quest

Lambert is not at the Nowhere Inn when I'm suppose to meet him there to continue the quest. I've completed the quest up until that point. Quest marker has me at the Nowhere Inn, but Lambert is not appearing. Wonder if its a bug or if I missed something. I have green check marks for all the task leading to this point. I need help!

Hi there,

Have you tried loading an older save file?
If you still experience this scenario that Lambert isn't appearing to your meet up point despite the fact that you did the quest directly you can report this to CDPR to have this taken care of and analyzed.
