yeah like the title says I and probably everyone who pre-loaded the patch is getting an error while installing the EE patch.

it would be great if you could provide an MD5 hash, maybe there are some corrupted files during the pre-load.

I got the same and it corrupted the launcher so I cant even play the game. Im re-installing right now major bummer.

I didn't even get to download it, it's still offline for me, tells me "connection refused" can't get pas that...

+1 for corrupted download, +1 for corrupted launcher, -1 = my CD's are not even in the same country right now, reinstalling is not an option

btw, if we look at all of the predownloaded files their size is exactly 300 000 000 bytes.
But, TW2EE_Patch-1.bin is 298 480 XXX bytes. Is this file the problem?

Anyway, redownloading seems to be impossible, both re-downloader and launcher crash :]

Maybe the predownload files were corrupted? Anyone tried to redownload all the patch by the downloader.exe?

My whole installation went crazy too. Luckily I have a boxed version of the game. Does anyone know if the EE patch is suppose to contain all of the previous updates too, or should I load the 2.0 and whaterver patches before too. My dl speed isn't that great, so anything that can save a couple of GB's would be great.

Well, Im downloading the gog.com backup since its already enhanced edition, 1 hour left.

Same error for me too and corrupt launcher. Just trying to update by using the updater direct and selecting ignore to see what happens. Not a good start to EE patch especially when this forum seems to keep falling over. (This is the third time I have attempted to post this message).
