Prince Stennis bugged?

The game says "draw the 2 top non-spying cards" for Stennis.

But on several occasions Stennis pulls the Reaver Scout instead of Germain Piquant. And this is in opening move of round 1.

It has gotte nto the point where Stannis is not included in the deck.

Have I misunderstood something with Stennis or is he bugged?

Prince Stennis' ability is:

Play a random non-Spying Bronze or Silver unit from your deck and give it 5 Armor.
3 Armor.

So, I am not sure which card you are talking about.

Stennis description is as follows: "Play the top non-Spying Bronze OR Silver Unit from your deck" - so it will play the bronze or silver card that is at the top of your deck right now (and give it a certain amount of armor). Being at the top of your deck doesn't have anything to do with how big the card is.

Yeah. I see the mistake. Stennis is working, it is my interpretation of the text. Draw mixed up with Play, and top taken to bo the highest.
