problem in showing arabic language after new-gen update v4.00 on PS4

i faced problem in arabic text in everything in the game (menu, subtitle, etc ) after last new-gen update in PS4 pro,
i tried to delete the game and download it again but it's still didn't fix.
to explain to issue more the arabic letters should be connected .
some system details :
the game region ( the account store ): UAE .
PS4 pro MPN : CUH-7216B
the edition : the witcher 3 wild hunt game of the year edition.
