problem in the save w3

cant get in my witcher 3 save since i reinstalled - missing downloadable content
hello
so i formatted my computer 3 days ago, today i redownloaded the witcher 3 through steam.
when i'm trying to get in my save, it shows an error that i have missing content (you are missing the following downloadable content required to open this save: )
There is nothing written after the word (save: ), I do not know what I am missing

and yes i have mods
i verified the files and it didnt help... what can i do?

Removing Mods and removing the DLC folder plus Verifying the game afterwards didn't change anything?

Other if none of that helps, you can also try to reinstall all mods.

i have remove mods and dlc folder and nothing change
and yes i I sent a massage to CDPR SUPP and Wait for answer
Knowing that I can create a new save file or go back to an old save file for the 1.31 update
I can play with them but I want this save with 1.32 update
