Problem installing Mods with patch 3.4

Hi,

I just came back to play The Witcher 2 with the new "Full Combat Rebalance 2" mod, so I downloaded the witcher 2 from GOG website, patched it fully, and installed FCB2 mod.
Everything went fine.
Then I tried installing other mods, like weight mod (tried 3 different mods), dice mod and the whetstone mod, but NONE of them works, and I remember playing with those mods a year ago or so with no problem (putting them in the CookedPC folder).

I thought maybe its because of the FCB2, but even after I "uncheck" it from the Mods menu at the launcher, the other mods still dont work.
Then I thought maybe its because I dont see those mods in the mods menu (titles "User Content Manager") ??

In any case I would appriciate any help here as for why I can't install simple mods the way I could a year ago or so.

Thanks !

Are you putting them straight into the CookedPC folder, or in subfolders? You probably need to check the details over at The Nexus, or wherever you got the mods, to make sure you're putting them in the right place. Most go into CookedPC/items, not straight into CookedPC.

Mods from before the Redkit came out will NOT be using the User Content Manager.

And try uninstalling FCR instead of just unchecking it.

Thank you, problem solved thanks to the fact I tried uninstalling FCR and noticed that its trying to acctualy INSTALL it, then I realized all the mods I added (except FCR) into my OLD witcher folder, because GOG installed it into sub-directory named GOG.
In other words, everything works and the witcher rocks ! :)
