I have already contact steam and they do not answer.
I think CD Projekt can contact Steam and ask them to solve the problem no?

This really is a question that you'd be better asking Steam, or in the Steam forums.
One problem that I would see in an automatic download is the decision about whether or not to download. Some players would want the languages, others would see it as extra bandwidth being used for no benefit, so there would probably be just as many complaints if they automated it.

By keeping it as a separate option, everyone gets to choose.

There's the answer OP! Some people don't want an automatic download for a language they will never use.

Ok so, obviously, nobody cares...

People no longer have any voice in the game because if language of their Steam client is German, the game tries to use german voice files, but the files are not, so there is no voice, but obviously it's not a problem...

Since there is no indication, people do not understand why the voices do not work, they think it is a bug and they uninstall the game but obviously it's not a problem...

Steam does not care
Here nobody cares

I'm disapointed

I agree that it would have been good if the information had been more readily available, so that nobody was confused, but you have your solution now, so I hope you enjoy the game.

What Solution?
Download the files manually?

I knew this solution before posting here!

If I created this topic it's precisely to avoid having to use this solution!
If I created this topic, it's not for me but for other players who have not found this solution and which continue to seek ways to solve this problem!

Steam users are not accustomed to manually install the voice patch on their game, they does not try to find a solution and they continues to think that this is a bug and they can not play.

I really wanted an answer from the part of CD Projekt

We understand your concern - we really do... but in the face of more pressing issues like game not launching, or crashing, or bugging out at certain point so you can't progress on, I think the problem that you don't have an automatic update for voiceovers, when you can easily install them manually, should be the very last on CDPRed's "things-to-do" list.

I understand your point of view but, i can easily install them manually because i know the solution and if I know the solution,it's only because i tried by myself to solve the problem
But the casual player who has not used to this kind of problem, he will not try to solve the problem by himsrlf and it will not play and he will be disappointed

I hope you realize that most of the devs aren't really looking at the forums. You have a couple of mods like MM360 and Masos who have contact with the devs.
