So this week I created a bunch of cards to have fun with monstro deck variations, but when I logged in today the cards I crafted (some) became locked again, however my scraps were clearly used up
You mean you used the scraps to craft a card, but while the scraps are gone, the card is still grayed out? If that's the case, I'd recommend restarting the game. Sometimes that helps.

I mean the cards which I crafted yesterday and the day before are grayed out. Patch notes don't indicate any changes made to them.
