problem with delamain calls in missions 5 of 7

the moment he calls you, answers and stays silent and hangs up or you can no longer continue, I tried to restart the mission and the same thing happened to me, I also tried to go to another call mission and at the moment of locating the car, you did answer. silly and waiting for you what happened to me when I was taking the glen mission, it had already happened but with v woman and hustler and in version 1.04, but I did not finish all the delamain missions, now I am doing it in v man and body and that happened to me, I am on mission 5 I believe 7 by delamain, I hope to solve it

It's bugged for a lot of people, I can't interact with or complete any of the delamain cab quests at all, all completely bugged and nothing I've tried has worked to get it fixed.
