I made "Hellhound´s Soul",but I not granted a silver point.What´s wrong?I´m Level 13.

No,I think this is the problem...About the Herbalism skill,I STILL have it,because I can collect white myrtle and celandine,for example;but some plants are unknown!

Please take a moment to read your manual and also the wiki before suggesting that it is a problem with the game.As Planeswalker explained, your issue is not a game problem but you not having used the potion, and the tutorial and manual explain your herbalism issue perfectly.
