Problem with some hotkeys

I bought Cyberpunk yesterday and the game looks visually very successful from the first impression. However, I have a problem; since I'm left-handed, I use a different control (currently for running U,H,J,K; for jumping L; sprinting I and so on) unfortunately I just can't set some hotkeys of it. For example, if I choose "J" to run backwards, I only get the message "key assignment failed" although no other action is assigned to this key, but if I try to assign "J" an action of a category other than running, it works.

Apparently the game uses some keys for actions which are hard-coded and thus cannot be reassigned. Is there any way around this, or is there an update in the near future that will fix this problem?
