Problem with textures in Witcher 2

Maybe I shouldn't post this problem on this bord, but what the hell :D You see, i'm playing Witcher 2 on a 1680x1050 resolution, i have Texture Downscaling turn off, i have graphic card with 512 Mb RAM so i using Texture Memory Size set to Medium, that is mostly, sometimes i'm playing with this option set to Higher (i know, that's more than my card can handle), Shadow Quality : Higher, Number of Shadowed Lights : Medium, LOD Distance : Normal, and everything else set to ON (of course Ubersampling turned OFF, Motion Blur : OFF, Cinematic Depth of Field: OFF and Dangling Objects Limit : OFF) and the problem is, that sometimes i have very blurry textures, mostly armors or clothes,, one example is Iorveth's armor:

While armors or clothes on other characters are ok

So please if someone has similar problem or somone who knows how to resolve this problem, please help me.. thanks

Looks like high quality texture didn't load up. It might happen when your graphic card is running out of memory.

Thanks for the fast reply, but i'm wondering, why it happens just in that particular scene with Iorveth?
