Problem with the witcher 2 on 360

The game keeps freezing at the begining cut scene when I'm in jail. the farthest I got to was where geralt was in bed with this other women and the soldier comes in.the sound usely gets really chopy then the whole screen freezes then the console just stops I haven't even got to controll my character whats going on is it that patch that they made me get?

OK will try the easy stuff first Did you install it to your HD or are you play off the disk.
if your playing off the Disk it is recommended to installing it to your HD
you can also try a DVD cleaner disk on your Xbox sometime dust and dirt get in the DVD player

worth noteing, be sure to instal BOTH disks. it takes up like 15 gigs, but its worth it.

i only had the one disk installed, then i realized the disk drive was working during some of the gameplay, as opposed to just the hard drive working, like my other games that are installed directly, hence i figured it out.

makes the load times ALOT faster. especially for arena.

be sure to clear your cache after installing, then get the update. should be good to go.

enjoying the game alot! wandering around in the forest @ night, is creepy, especially when the monsters just appear randomly.

make sure you got potions @ the ready!

I only have about 6.3 gigabyts left and the witcher seems to be the only game freezing I got an autosave so now I'm at the part when geralt talks about the assualt I got to the fighting but then it freezes first the game goes then my 360 stops completly and I can't even accese the dashboard so I have to turn my 360 of the manual way.this is the only game it does it too.does anybody know when another patch is coming? cause that is the only solution I can see working.
