Problems making a .xmb file

So i recently started editing geralts textures with photoshop CC (tutorial from er4s3r: used this 1,2) and everything worked fine while editing his face and eyes specular map (all DXT1 files), but when i tried to edit geralt_eye.xmb i couldn't get the quickbms to make the geralt_eye_DXT5 bin and dds an .XMB file, instead i keep getting this error.

At first i thought it was something i did wrong while saving the file but then i tried to compress the default geralt_eye.dds file and i got the same error, tried using Quickbms 64bit version and same result, im lost in here help is appreciated.

Use REDkit to import the file, why bothering with those tools when there's an official one.

Thanks for the suggestion might end up trying it, the main reason i didn't messed with the redkit before is because i only wanted to do some simple character model retexturing and the kit is like 7 gb.

Send it over to me and I can compress it to xbm.

Does it have alpha channel? I'll import it as WorldDiffuseWithAlpha.
