Problems with TW2:ED in steam

hi everyone,i have a little problems with this game on steam.
When i start performancetester.exe, only detect 4gb Ram when i have 8gb
In exe file os this game,the version says 1.0.0.0. I think there are more updates for this game really?

Mi PC. Acer 5750G

i5 2450m at 2,5ghz with 3,1 with turboboost
8gb ram ddr3 1333mhz
nvidia geforce 630M


Can i move this game fine in 1280x720?How can i fix the 8 gb ram issue?

Is your windows OS 32 or 64 bit ?
1280 x 720 and windowed and low specs should be a good starting point for this game .
Additionally you should run a game cache integrity check . To do this right click Witcher 2 in Steam>Library and select properties and then click local files and then click the verify integrity of game cache files .

My windows is w7 x64 but i have installed the game in other hard drive,not in w7 drive.
Is normal the exe file sais version 1.0.0.0?Can i update the game manually?i think the updates fixes very things about performance

It should be updated automatically if on Steam. You can check if your game is set to update automatically by right clicking on the game on the steam game list > properties > updates, see if "always keep this game up to date" is set.

What you mean by you installed it on another drive? You mean another partition than your W7 installation partition or SSD drive or what? Anyway it won't matter if you installed it while logged in your Windows 7.

Does everything else detect your RAM correctly? You can run memtest to test if your ram might be failing! Click here!

The 630m is below minimum for this game. Not just below the stated minimum: it's below the practical minimum.

Native resolution (1366x768) or reduced (1280x720) and low settings may be playable. I doubt you would get much more. This game is uniquely demanding of the GPU.

well,i can play with mi gt 630 at medium settings in 25 fps, it's no a full but for me it`s fine.i can play without problems.

with mi gt 630m, i'll not play with games like resident evil 6, but i can play at 720p
