Progression Blocker: Main Jobs Vanish after "Transmission" Quest

I completed the transmission story quest but after walking out of the chapel, the conversation between V and Johnny did not play, and all of my remaining story quests vanished from my quest log. I had completed all other main story quests in act II except for tapeworm if that matters. Does anyone have a similar problem or a fix?

I have the same problem. I can no longer progress through the main story

After "Transmission" I only have the quest "Down on the Street" and this doesn't progress. It says to wait for a call from Takemura but this call never comes. So indeed, like for you, all progression is blocked. I've done every other quest and gig, and waited for many days in game. There's literally no other activity available and no progression.

I completed both Transmission and Play it safe, I completed all of the gigs before hitting the mainline. I have nothing else I can do, I have waited 10 days in-game time but am still coming up dry.
