[PROLOGUE] Spolier/Story help. Quick question... new to the game...

I hate spoilers but I stumbled upon one and want to know how big of a deal it is. I was just doing some minor research in to how talents work, real basic stuff and some guy posted that... he took the drinking talent but it didn't matter because the inn in the outskirts some how gets wiped out. I dont know how, why or even when. I am at the super beginning of the game still in the Prologue, I hated seeing that. Now I feel like when I get to the Inn it doesn't matter, ugh!Is this something I should totally bum out about knowing. Spoilers like this make me want to not even play the game. I wish the guy would have had a spoiler warning. So lame. :( Thanks for the help.

Not really, enjoy the game but stay away from those guides! ;)

Thanks, I hope you are right.I really also hope it is early on so I can get passed it and move on. It seemed like a big spoiler so I was pretty bummed. I am really looking forward to playing the game and didn't want it ruined for me. I was just looking for some basic info on talent selections but I am done with looking at guides at this point, I'm on my own. :D

As long as you don't ask the reverend about salamandra after you did his and his followers quests you will be fine.

I think your reply is for something else, no? I'm sorry I have no idea what part you are talking about. I just started the prologue in the beginning of the game.I accidently saw that the Inn, later in the game gets wiped out. I didn't want to know about any upcoming parts. I wanted to know if this was a big spoiler or not and if I will pass this part soon or not. Thanks for the help.

Sorry I seemed to understand you were talking about the Act I inn as there are no inns in the prologue?

Ah so the Inn is in Act I, at least I will pass the "spoiler" part not too far in to the game... I hope. So it is ok that I found out about this and it is not a game ruining spoiler? :-\

There's an inn in Acts I, II, III and IV, so there shouldn't be anything to worry about.

I just wish I didn't hear that the Inn in the outskirts gets wiped out. I dont know how it happens yet, or even when or anything about it. I just read it did happen. Maybe it is no big deal that I accidently read this, I just hate spoilers, and I am really looking forward to playing through this game.

Yeah, best to avoid threads talking about quests because those are usually filled with spoilers. You can use the wiki which warns you of spoilers btw :)

Yeah that is why it sucked. The thread was supposed to just be about basic talent choices and this guy posted that part, ugh!So I take it, it is not a giant spoiler than? I will still play the game of course, but I now know somehow, someway the Inn in the Outskirts gets destroyed or something...

Its not any significant event really, don't worry too much about it.

i do try to put spoiler warnings in the wiki, but don't think that if there aren't any, that there are no spoilers ... there are nearly 1500 documents in there, so i have not necessarily checked every single one, or even what you may consider to be the obvious ones ;)i do encourage you to check the wiki (of course!) but if you are really spoiler-shy, do so with care :peace:

It's also true that the spoiler you read isn't accurate. The inn in the Outskirts doesn't burn down or blow up or anything like that -- the building will still be there when you leave the Outskirts forever.
